Brand and design system
A design system people actually use — one set of tokens shared by design and engineering, not a PDF nobody opens twice.

When you need this
When the same button is three different blues on three different pages. When handoff takes five rounds every time. When the brand guidelines are a PDF that has never been open on an engineer screen.
What we actually do
We derive tokens from the product you already have rather than starting from a blank canvas. The first step is an audit: how many blues, how many spacing values, how many type sizes are actually in production. That number is usually startling, and it is the best argument you will have for consolidating. Identity comes after.
What you get
One set of tokens shared by design and engineering, a component library that runs, every foreground-background pair verified against WCAG AA, and guidelines that say when the rules should be broken.
What we do not do
We do not deliver a design system that exists only in Figma. Tokens with no corresponding code go stale within three months, and a stale system is worse than none: it lets everyone believe there is agreement.
How it starts
We run the audit first — a sweep of your live product that counts the colours, spacings, type sizes and component variants actually in use. That list is the proposal.
