    Proposal

    Scope, price, schedule and risks in one document. We say plainly what we will not do, and why.

    Design

    Something clickable every week. No big reveal at the end — by then it is too late for both of us.

    Build

    A working version every two weeks, on a preview URL configured exactly like production.

    Launch and handover

    Ship, monitor, and teach your team to change it. Code and accounts transfer to your ownership. No lock-in.
